Iversons to Divorce

After eight years of marriage and lots of personal and legal troubles, Tawanna Iverson has filed for divorce from Allen Iverson. Tawanna is seeking both temporary and full custody of their five children as well as alimony and child support.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports Iverson is drinking and gambling his career away. It’s no secret that Iverson has had a troubled career and marriage, but for some reason I’m prone to root for the underdog. He needs to get rid of the people around him, seek some professional help and pull himself together because as Stephen A. Smith says, “Iverson needs more than a prayer.”
